Mauritanian Woman Rages Over High Demands

Meanwhile, in the demands read by Public Prosecutor Ni Putu Eriek Sumyanti, the defendant was found guilty of stealing the credit card belonging to victim Holly Jemina Hartley and draining the victim’s money of IDR 414 million. “Demand, the defendant Roughaya Aebidi was sentenced to prison for three years and six months”, said the Public Prosecutor.
The defendant, who was registered as a student, committed a theft on Monday (10/21). At that time, victim Holly Jemima Hartley checked in at Ala Hostel on Jalan Drupadi, Seminyak, Badung, with her friends. They then put luggage on the bed.
After that they went to the beach and returned at 17.00 CIT. Then at around 19:00 CIT, the victim’s parent called asking why there were so many transactions on the credit card. Victim who feels she has not used the credit card was shocked. “The victim then checked the bag in bed and the victim was shocked because there was no credit card. The victim’s driving license also disappeared”, explained the Public Prosecutor.
The victim also called her parent to block the victim’s HSBC credit card. It turned out that the victim’s credit card was taken by the defendant and had been used 13 times. As a result of the defendant’s actions the victim suffered a loss of IDR 414 million.
