DENPASAR – Regarding the death of a drug suspect with 9.10 grams of evidence was justified by the Head of the Denpasar District Attorney General’s Criminal Section, Eka Wedata. “Indeed there is a drug prisoner hanging himself in Kerobokan prison, this is me again at the location. The suspect hanged himself with a long-sleeved white T-shirt in the bathroom block”, said the man from Siut Village, Gianyar.

It was explained, the hanging action of the suspect Dewa Putu Putra Adnyana It was first known by one of the children assisted by Kerobokan prison, then the incident was reported to the guard ward of the block where the suspect was detained. Badung Resort Police Forensic Team has also been involved in the crime scene.

“The suspect has only been detained in a week at the Kerobokan prison”, Eka Wedanta explained, adding that the suspect’s body had been deposited in the mortuary at Sanglah Province General Hospital. Previously, for drug cases that contained them, the suspect was charged with Article 114 paragraph 2 or 112 paragraph 2, or 131, regarding narcotics.
