Singaraja – Women’s and Children’s Protection Unit (PPA) Buleleng Police Criminal Investigation Unit finally set Kadek Juli Suardana (19), a resident of Patas Village, Gerokgak District, Buleleng as a suspect in a sexual harassment case for toddler who was only five years old. Knowing his house was quiet he tried to immoral to the girl who was only 5 years old.

“I was not working at that time, seeing my sister taking a bath with her friend made me aroused. This is the first time I’m like this and I’m sorry”, he said in front of a number of media. As a result of his actions, Kadek is now threatened with Article 82 of Law Number 35 Year 2014, amendments to Law Number 23 Year 2002, concerning the Protection of Children with a minimum of five years imprisonment for a maximum of 15 years.
