Two perpetrators of the robbery of Gilang (18), and Liem (20), who were determined to stab an online driver in the area of Bedugul Hotel P I, Banjar Taman Tanda area, Batunya Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan, were still asked for intensive information at the Baturiti Police Station.

TABANAN – It was revealed that these two perpetrators had planned the action in Bali. The Baturiti Sector Police Chief, Police Commissioner I Nengah Sudiarta, when confirmed said the two robbers were still being asked for intensive information at the Baturiti Sector Police. According to him based on the statement of the perpetrators that the action taken was planned to rob an online taxi driver. “Yes, it has been planned”, he said, Saturday (11/1).

It is said, the motive of the robbery with a sharp weapon is to meet economic needs. They planned to seize the victim’s car to be taken to Surabaya and sold. “It is planned that the victim’s car that was taken will then be taken to Java. He will go to Bali to cross from Gilimanuk Port,” he said.

After the robbery that had caused a commotion on the Baturiti highway, the two Gilang and Liem perpetrators had not yet been contacted by the family. “They also don’t have family in Bali because they have only been to Bali for five days”, he said. Like the previous news, an online taxi Kristianus Jehore (33), became a victim of a robbery with sharp weapons on the Baturiti highway, Tabanan, Friday (10/1) afternoon.

He was stabbed using scissors by two perpetrators Gilang and Liem. Luckily the victim only suffered a scratch on the left neck, left abdomen and not to have stitches.

Victim of Jehore, a native of Manggarai who lives in Banjar Sembung Kumpi, Sembung Gede Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan, survived because he swerved and shouted for help until the Avanza car was driven across the middle of the road. The two perpetrators were immediately arrested even though one perpetrator (Gilang) had escaped to a community garden, but after 30 minutes could be arrested by members of the Mass Control and Baturiti Sector Police.
