Marijuana plantation Jimbaran raided by police on Wednesday 21/02/2020 where Russian couple cultivated inside there house every 3 months six kilograms of marijuana to sell to foreign tourists.The Russian couple , Iurii Chernov (31) and Mishel Kvara Tskheliya (27) managed to cultivate cannabis plants  in a rented house at Jalan Kaya Sari at  Jimbaran. The illegal plantation carried was  finally discovered after two weeks police surveillance who observed  the movements of the suspected Russian renters On Wednesday around 13.15 H the house of the suspected yoga teacher was raided. During a search the police discovered , six jars containing 710 grams of cannabis, 14 pots of cannabis seeds, 14 sprouts  in a small bowl, 2 electric scales, a chimney, a press, one ultraviolet lamp, a filter, two fans wind, suction, temperature measuring instruments, filters, eight flower pots, 13 small pots, 7 medium pots, two soil bags, 15 small pots, 4 plant watering devices, 17 medium pots, 45 large pots, plastic funnel, 4 filled pots ground, three plastic polybags. The suspect planted cannabis seeds by first sowing in a damp piece of cotton and then kept in the closet where there was no light. After growing like sprouts, transferred to pots or using the hydroponic light. “After growing up, they are taken to a special room that has been fitted with ultraviolet lights,”
