Bali lost French Chef Frederic Paugault

Bali lost French Chef Frederic Paugault (48 ) on Saturday morning Sept 19 th 2020 at 10.00 AM. He was found by the housekeeping staff in his villa located at Jalan Mertanadi in Kerobokan. According the villa manager Teguh Winarno, Frederic want on Saturday  September 7th  2020 to  Jakarta and  returned to  his villa in Bali on Thursday, September 10 th 2020. Teguh  was the last person who saw Frederic  alive on Wednesday, September 16, 2020  around at 11 am when we went swimming and still was considered still looking normal and in healthy condition,

When the housekeeping staf  Luh Piastini went  to clean his room knocked on the door there was no answer. Luh Piastini could see from the gap in the room door that the victim had a darkened face and swollen stomach. She contact immediately  Tehug who opened the door and discovered the de and body of the victim His body was then transported to the Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar  where there have been not discovered any signs of violence but had a  bad smell and has been estimated that he passed away for more than 24 hours before his body has been found. Frederic Paugault was well know as famed cooking talent who worked in many well know places in Bali and surrounding islands. On September 5 th 2009 he became   the execute chef when Sardine restaurant opened in Seminyak and from July  2011 untll January  2013 he designed  the kitchens and trained the  staff of the new venues La Barca and La Favela. 

Graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse class of 1998 ( the French most prestigious culinary school ). He was always on for new culinary related challenges and Asia has always been a big  part of his professional life.

On September 5 th 2009 he was the execute chef when Sardine restaurant opened in Seminyak
and during July 2011 and Jan 2013 he designed the kitchens and stained the kitchen staff of the new venues La Barca and La Favela.
