TRIBUN-BALI.COM, DENPASAR – The Balinese are advised not to panic about the corona outbreak in Indonesia.

As stated by the Bali Governor, I Wayan Koster when visiting corona surveillance patients in Nusa Indah room, RSUP Sanglah hospital, Denpasar, Sunday (3/3/2020).

“We hope the problem (corona) from Tiongkok and spread to other countries is over and resolved. Actually the patients in Tiongkok that infected have dramatically dropped down the number, this is a positive progress,” he explained.

Koster hope there is no corona infection in Bali, Public is advised not to panic and over reaction.

“We support the central and regional government policies to do early prevention so that all goes well. Public are expected to be calm, it is safe in Bali,” he explained.

He added, RSUP Sanglah hospital has good preparation on Human Resource (SDM) dan facility to handle this virus.

“There are 4 isolation units in Sanglah that has fulfill the standard, if needed it can be expanded to 18 units, but we hope not,” he said.
