Ubud Archery shooting Club introducing a sport that can be practiced by all, no matter age. No experience needed, and all equipment is provided. Learn shooting techniques, target practice and play competitive games. Great for Kids, couples and groups. Archery is a sport that can be practiced by all, no matter age, gender or ability.Archery is a well known sport that uses a bow to propel an arrow to a target. It is an activity that has been used for ages to enhance skill sets. Archery is an enjoyable activity, as while you are learning how to shoot the arrow to the target you are simultaneously developing and building skill sets likes gauging, team effort, focus and concentration which enhance your ability to do your day to day activities.
Learn to develop your mindfulness skills by managing your breathing, concentration and nervousness. When you’re shooting well, hours can pass by in a blink of an eye – and, as much as the sport can be sociable, when you’re on the line, archery is only about you and your bow. It’s the perfect time for some internal meditation. The more obstinately you try to learn how to shoot the arrow for the sake of hitting the goal, the less you will succeed in the one and the further the other will recede. What stands in your way is that you have a much too willful will. You think that what you do not do yourself does not happen.
