The chef Ermanno Lelli is a native Neapolitan and came from the forth generation of family chefs.

He became a celebrity chef in Hong Kong, where he resides. His signature “authentic Italian dishes” is served in his private and exclusive kitchen aptly named Segretto, which means, “Secret”, to the elite VIP societies, artists and celebrities of the city. He is often featured in magazines, TV shows and culinary conferences showcasing his cooking skills in Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai and Beijing.
