And 10% of the interior or concept. For judges who have tried their food in the last 12 months, they can vote. So all of our judges have tried the food they voted for. We don’t announce it, we come in secret and we pay anonymously, so it’s confidential, “said Jed Doble, publisher of FoodThis prestigious award event for the restaurant is the second time held in Bali after the 2018 Bali Best Eats Award. In addition to giving appreciation to the best restaurants in Bali, it is also to spur growth in the quality of restaurants in Bali. “The number one goal is to make one of the best, best, and most creative lists. The goal is helping people who want to find a restaurant. Second, when we recognize restaurants that are exceptional, it directs other restaurants that don’t win to be more creative and more competitive. The overall idea is that the restaurant owner, chef, and everyone involved in the culinary industry in order to develop a better direction. And for the winners, we want the restaurant to be full every night, “concluded Jedies Magazine.
