Thief Targets Mini Markets By Pretend To Go To Toilet – Pretending to go to the toilet, Thief Targets Six Mini Markets. Alexander Kenya Kodu when arrested by the Mobile Detective Team of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Bali Regional Police.

DENPASAR – The Mobile Detective Team of the Bali Regional Police General Criminal Investigation Unit uncovered the case of the theft of six minimarts. The perpetrator is Alexander Kenya Kodu (23) who acts in the pretense of borrowing a toilet.

The man with the address at Jalan Slamet Riadi II number 40 West Denpasar was arrested on Friday (10/1) around 20.00 CIT. Initially, the police received a report of theft at Coco Mart in front of Suwung Market, South Denpasar. “It happened on November 11th, 2019 at around 20.00 CIT”, said Bali Regional Police General Criminal Investigation Director, Senior Commissioner Andi Fairan.

The perpetrator came to the scene like a buyer. Then he pretended to use the toilet but entered the warehouse and took three cell phones and money in a bag owned by employees of Pande Ni Ketut Lilik Asmara Santi.

After work, the victim was confused because her cellphone and IDR 250 thousand disappeared in her bag. The incident was then reported. “The results of the crime scene and CCTV inspection perpetrator finally identified”, he said.

Disclosure begins with the victim’s cell phone bought by someone named Fajar. The witness stated that he bought a handphone from Alexander in Sanur. Three months after being hunted, the perpetrator was finally tracked to be in a shopping complex in Denpasar and then arrested. The proof is two cellphones and IDR 85 thousand.

Interrogated by the police, the perpetrator had stolen six times. In August 2019, he took IDR 400 thousand in a minimart in Sanur. A month later they stole IDR 300 thousand each in two minimart areas in Jimbaran, South Kuta.

Man Arrested After Insulting Police on Facebook – Upload “Police Are Dogs” on Facebook, Man in Bali Arrested and Apologize.

TABANAN – Tabanan Resort Police secured a resident named Sukron (20), owner of the Aka Nusantara Facebook account for uploading insults to the police.

The man from Klaten, Central Java, was secured at a supermarket near his residence on Jalan Parigata, Tabanan, Bali on Wednesday (01/08/2020).

Head of the Public Relations Section of the Tabanan Police Department, Iptu I Made Budiarta said the arrest was because Sukron was considered insulting to the police institution.

Sukron uploaded the word because he was upset after being ticketed while riding a motorcycle at Simpang Gubug, Tabanan, on Tuesday afternoon.

At that time, he did not use a vehicle license plate and did not have a driver license.

“Based on the posting of the words ‘Asu Police’ (Police Are Dogs), finally the Tabanan Police Criminal Investigation Team conducted an investigation and made an arrest”, said Budiarta, Friday (10/1/2020).

Sukron was secured and taken to the Tabanan Resort Police for inspection. To the Police, Sukron then apologized to admit his mistake.

He then made a statement and promised not to repeat his actions. Sukron was then allowed to go home.

“The person scouted and has apologized by knowing his mistakes”, concluded Budiarta.

Gou is considered one of the world’s hippest DJ right now, with an independent record label, a Virgin Abloh-supported fashion label and over a million Instagram followers. She made her Boiler Room debut in New York City back in 2017, and has since played in international music festivals such as Coachella and Glastonbury.

Gou refers to her music as “K-House”, as she usually sings in her native Korean in hits such as It Makes You Forget (Itgehane) and Starry Night.

Last night, she took to Instagram to expose the dirt (literally) on one of Bali’s beaches. It’s unclear which beach it was in particular, though she tagged Denpasar as a location on her post, which includes a video of her collecting plastic trash and putting them on a bigger bag.

“Some of you motherf*ckers don’t appreciate the ocean man,” Gou said in the video, looking visibly disgruntled.

Unfortunately, it’s not that much of a surprise to learn that a beach in Bali is littered with trash, and it’s pretty telling of the situation to have a visitor highlight these concerns like Gou did.

She’s right, of course. Just take your garbage with you. If everyone follows the same, fairly simple rule, Bali’s beaches would be all that much cleaner for it.

On Dec. 30, Detik reported that plastic junk was found scattered on the shores of Kuta beach, which officials said had originated from elsewhere but unfortunately washed up there. For the time being at least, piles of junk washing up on the island’s shores have yet to reach its disconcerting quantities like last year.

Regardless, Gou’s post should serve as a good reminder for all of us in this new year: if we can do our part for the planet – why the hell won’t we?

82 Year Old American Man Tried For Using Marijuana – US citizen, Britt Rodney Kennard (82) is tried in the Denpasar District Court for Using 1.80 Gram Net Cannabis.

Denpasar – A foreigner from the United States, Britt Rodney Kennard (82) was tried for using 1.80 gram net cannabis narcotics in Indonesia without a permit from the authorities. Kennard claimed to use marijuana for health according to ‘a’ letter from the Arizona Health Service.

“Against the defendant as a group I narcotics abuser in the form of marijuana for himself”, explained the Public Prosecutor, I Wayan Sutarta in the second indictment at the Denpasar District Court, Tuesday (1/7/2020).

In the trial presided over by I Wayan Kawisada, Britt Rodney Kennard was charged with two articles namely, Article 111 paragraph (1) of RI Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Article 127 paragraph (1) letter a of RI Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.

Prosecutor Wayan Sutarta explained his indictment that the incident began on 25 September 2019 at 11.30 CIT when the defendant took a parcel from the United States at the Renon Branch Post Office, Denpasar.

“At that time the defendant asked the Post Office employees about the package he owned by notifying the number of the shipment of goods, then the defendant received the package and paid a shipping fee of IDR 20 thousand”, he explained.

The prosecutor said that after the defendant left the Post Office, the defendant was suddenly visited by Bali Regional Police officers for a search.

Based on the results of the search, one cardboard box containing four clear glass ampoules containing a yellow liquid type of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and two suction tools.

“That the defendant used cannabis narcotics only for health and the defendant is undergoing treatment and treatment programs in his country the United States by having an Arizona Medical Marijuana Program card”, the prosecutor said.

Defendant Britt Rodney Kennard who is a private retiree in the business sector and his lawyer did not file an objection to the indictment of the Public Prosecutor. The trial was continued by presenting witnesses from the police.
