The process starts from the Gilimanuk-Tabanan Toll Road which will be connected to the Trans Java Toll Road network, the Probolinggo-Banyuwangi (Probowangi) Toll Road.

the Bali Mandara Toll Road  needs other infrastructure support to be able to develop. If not, then the toll road is threatened with lack of interest.

“Because Bali Mandara is a toll road that is highly dependent on government projects and if alternative roads are not fixed, the traffic will drop,” he added.

He  has not yet provided details on the Gilimanuk-Tabanan Toll Road, but the planned toll road would become an important link between the coastal areas of Bali and from Tabanan first then to the Denpasar area needs be connected, most likely it is a belt on the island of Bali,” he explained. At present, the project is still in a  study at least it took 8 months to complete the feasibility study before giving permission for the initiative. It is targeted, by the end of 2020, this project will have the certainty to continue to the tender process or not.

Right now the document is in the Directorate General of Infrastructure Financing for the feasibility study process. If it was approved later

“The reason for the rejection, Tegenungan traditional village wants to develop nature-based tourism, without damaging nature”, said Kemenuh Village Perbekel, Dewa Nyoman Neka, Sunday (1/19/2020).

Besides that, according to the residents, around the tourism objects to be developed there are several holy sites, so the vehicle is considered to pollute the sanctity of the temple. So according to him, the investment was declared null and void. This option was chosen, so that in the future do not cause conflict.

A glass bridge with a height of about 80 meters from the riverbed, with an investment of more than IDR 60 billion. The glass bridge is planned to stretch from Tegenungan to Blangsinga Village, Blahbatuh. Ticket prices for crossing a glass bridge, for residents who want to test the guts of altitude enough to pay with IDR 250 thousand.

Residents of Tegenungan Reject the Glass Bridge

“We have been socializing, conveying investor intentions and in front of residents. The investment cannot be received with good reason and is accepted by investors”, he explained.

From the investment, the plan is for landowners to get income of 5 percent of the total that goes to the customary villages and official villages.

He said again, the local traditional village will develop attractions that do not exploit nature, so that nature remains sustainable, green, natural.

“Of course we, as village officials, really appreciate that reason. Kemenuh Village will also continue to develop tourism potential, in accordance with the wishes of the residents”, he said again.

As stated by Dewa Neka, the failure of investment in Tegenungan, it was mentioned that investors tried to explore cooperation with Blangsinga Village to develop the business in question.

“Failure or success later in Blangsinga, it is the authority of the residents there,” he said. This glass bridge vehicle, mentioned the first investment in Bali and several investors have explored cooperation for this new vehicle.

Bali Natural Resources Conservation Center sends or translocates and releases 14 estuarine crocodiles (Crocodylus porosus) to Way Kambas National Park, East Lampung, Saturday (1/18/2020).

Kuta Customary Village, Wayan Wasista also confirmed the incident. In fact, he said, it was the third attempt  starting from the beginning of 2020. “I have also held the ID card temporarily of the scammers. With the intention, that they come to us, and make a statement not to open it again, before they have permission, “he said.

DENPASAR – The young man from Desa Peninjauan, Kecamatan Tembuku, Bangli, was prosecuted for 8 years in prison at the Denpasar District Court on Thursday (16/1).

In the indictment read by the Public Prosecutor Mia Fida, the defendant Mang Budi was deemed to have committed a criminal act by deliberately making tricks, a series of lies, or persuading a child to have intercourse with him or someone else.

His actions violated Article 81 paragraph (2) of RI Law No.17 of 2016 concerning the adoption of government regulations to replace RI Law No.1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law No.23 of 2002 concerning child protection. “Demand, ask the panel of judges to sentence the defendant to prison for 8 years reduced while the defendant is in temporary detention”, prosecutor Mia Fida demanded before the panel of judges led by I Made Pasek.

Defendant Mang Budi was also demanded to pay IDR 1 billion with the provisions that if not paid then it will be replaced with a 3-month prison sentence. There are a number of things that are burdensome for the defendant, including because his actions have caused the victim to experience mental stress and trauma, damage the victim’s future and have caused profound suffering for the victim and her family.

Mang Budi Sued For 8 Years For Raping 13 Year Old

Responding to this demand, Mang Budi through his legal counsel intends to submit a written defense. The panel of judges gave the defendant one week to prepare his pledges on Wednesday (1/22).

This depraved action began when the defendant Mang Budi asked whatsapp number of the victim. After that, the defendant continued to seduce the victim to come out. Because she was urged, the victim finally followed the wishes of the defendant who immediately picked up the victim near her home. The defendant and his colleague, Putu Joni Gunawan aka Gus Balon then brought the victim to his boarding house on Jalan Cokroaminoto, Denpasar. “Arriving at the defendant’s boarding house, the victim had asked the defendant: what are we doing here?” Said the Public Prosecutor read the indictment.

The defendant then pulled the victim’s hand to enter the room. Without further ado, the defendant turned off the room lights and forced the victim to have sex. Even though she refused, the victim finally resigned because she was threatened by the defendant and he will not take her home.

After channeling his depraved appetite, the defendant Mang Budi called his colleague to take the victim home. Unluckily, instead of being invited to go home, the victim was raped again. As a result of the defendant’s actions, the post mortem was carried out at the hospital, the result of physical examination found that the hymen was torn due to blunt force penetration.
