In the indictment read by the Public Prosecutor Mia Fida, the defendant Mang Budi was deemed to have committed a criminal act by deliberately making tricks, a series of lies, or persuading a child to have intercourse with him or someone else.
His actions violated Article 81 paragraph (2) of RI Law No.17 of 2016 concerning the adoption of government regulations to replace RI Law No.1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law No.23 of 2002 concerning child protection. “Demand, ask the panel of judges to sentence the defendant to prison for 8 years reduced while the defendant is in temporary detention”, prosecutor Mia Fida demanded before the panel of judges led by I Made Pasek.
