Suicide jump from Seminyak hotel killed American

Suicide jump from Seminyak hotel killed 48 years old US citizen John Dale Barghy at the Bali EZ Hotel in Petitinget on Thursday morning 00.40 H. February 10 th 2022. The victim was found dead lying in the hotel area by the security guards Samindrus Njurumana and Kadek Arimbawa. The incident occurred on Thursday (10/2) in the morning, just aftrwr midnight during heavy rain and strong winds. The victim is a man born in New York City. American holder of passport number 568177161. Based on the testimony of the witnesses, both of them could hear a sound like something  fallen down from the top floor of the hotel.

There was blood coming out of the head on the floor,  says Iptu Purwantara. The two hotel security guards then contacted the medical team and the North Kuta Police . After an examination by the medical team at the scene, the victim was declared dead,” said Iptu Made Purwantara, 

the victim’s body was immediately taken to the Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar,

The police then checked the CCTV in the hotel area which showed the man who occupied room number 312 jumped from the 6th floor of the hotel.  The  victim intentionally jumped and is considered area suicidal act . The victim died with his head hitting the floor and bleeding from his head,” said Iptu Purwantara.
