Meanwhile, PT BIBU is the main initiator of the airport construction project, which is located on the coast (off shore) and is located in the Kubuaddan area, Buleleng Regency, Bali Province.

This airport is one of the National Strategic Projects based on Presidential Decree No. 109/2020. Later, this airport will be built in the coastal area of ​​Kubuaddan, Buleleng which is in accordance with the Bali Provincial Regulation Number 3/2020 concerning RTRW, which among other things establishes the Kubuaddan District area as the location of the new airport.
