Loud bang shocked residents in North Bali

Loud bang shocked residents in the North Bali during 20 seconds  and could even be heard in Banyuwangi  ( East – Java ) on Sunday morning 24/01/2021 at 10.30 AM.A number of residence in the Buleleng and surrounding area  reported on social media  the sound of the big bang possible from a falling meteor that  landed somewhere in the North of Bali.  Based on information from the Head of the Earthquake and Tsunami Mitigation BMKG ,Mr Daryono received also reports from several residents in Kintamani and Besakih claimed to have seen a celestial object what could have been  a falling meteor. Buleleng residents who were having a traditional ceremony also claimed to see objects passing in the sky.

There are also reporst of  fishermen on the Buleleng beach who also abserved  a similar phenomenon. If the residents’ reports are true of seeing a meteor passing over Bali, then the shockwave phenomenon that has occurred has turned into a seismic wave which can eventually be recorded by the BMKG earthquake sensor according Daryono The results showed a defective seismic signal anomaly on the Singaraja seismic sensor (SRBI) at 10:27 AM .  Daryono said the seismic of 20 seconds from the anatomy of the seismogram it appears that the seismic signal was not a tectonic earthquake signal. “If we try to determine the magnitude of the seismic signal using a formula to determine the amplitude of the earthquake waves and it will produce a local magnitude of 1.1, From 08.00 AM until 12.00 AM there was no earthquake activity in the Bali area according  Daryono
