Grand Inna Hotel Sanur caught fire again after latest incident on March 30 th 2020 This time in the house keeping area on Wednesday 11/08/2021. The first reports pointing the cause was an electrical short cut in an AC cable.

The head of the Denpasar Police Public , Iptu Ketut Sukadi explained after hearing the testimony of one of the hotel employees who was present in the house Keeping section in front of the dining room. He discovered the smoke came out from the room and informed the incident to the Hotel Fire Department and to other hotel employees. The fire was fast extinguished and the hotel management contacted the Denpasar City BPBD to finalize the incident. The have been no casualties reported in the incident.
Thankfully to the fast action to extinguish the fire to avoid spreading it to other rooms. The loss from the fire was estimated to be up to IDR 5 million rupiah ( 350 US$ ) . This fire incident is the third time in latest 20 months,
