Denpasar – GrabFood launched four features. They started from sheduled order to avoid queue on lunch time. And also facilitate group order to increase culinary order experience for every customer needs.

“We want to present a fast and reliable delivery service for everyone. Last year, GrabFood has launched more than 130 features and technology development. Following up food supply and demand from our cloud kitchen channel. Creating thousands of GrabFood Signature new item along with merchant partner to give more meal choices to customers,” said Head of Marketing GrabFood, Grab Indonesia, Hadi Surya Koe, on pers received in Denpasar, Tuesday.

He said, at the present time, delivey service has become unseparated from daily life. As many as 67% of Indonesian consumen choose GrabFood as the most often used.

Not only to increase the easy used on delivery service, but also his party have been a partner with more than 20,000 merchant to launch the biggest digital take away food order service in Indonesia namely GrabFood Ambil Sendiri.

“We are innovating to develop a different culinary experience and has additional value to its users. And invest to our platform in developing the best service with the support of wordclass technology,” he said.

They said for busy culinary lovers, no worries because GrabFood present to make easy your day and to make sure you do not missed your lunch time. Lines of new features that will be launched gradually, will offer new experience, while saving money and time.

To comment on these new features, Hadi explained, GrabFood has through a long way to become public favourite service. Strong commitment is the biggest support that keep increasing GrabFood service to fulfill the changing consumen needs.

“For us, food delivery service is not only limited on efficiently in delivering favourite meal to customer. But also giving additional value to customers and merchant partner through unique way. The purpose is to give them best service for every cent they spent with GrabFood,” Hadi said.

He explained in 2019, GrabFood has experienced growth on Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) until 4,8 times and active users at 2.1 times. As many as 67% of Indonesian consumen choose GrabFood as the most often used delivery platform, while the competitor is at 33% in 2020.

GrabFood is a delivery service with wide range in regional and the only one that operate in seven Southeast Asia countries.
