Tabanan General Hospital Agency treats a patient who suspected NcoV alias Corona. The patient, who is known to work as a flight attendant, was sent from Denpasar Kasih Ibu Hospital on Sunday (1/26/2020) around 23:00 CIT.

TABANAN – According to the information, Corona patient suspect is known to have a history of duty travel as a flight attendant to the Shanghai and Cangse China. The patient’s identity is still a secret.

Travel to China on January 6th and returning on January 8th, 2020. Furthermore, the patient flew back to China on January 24th, staying overnight and arriving back in Denpasar Sunday, January 26th, 2020 at 08.00 CIT.

Due to having a high fever, the patient had received treatment at the Kasih Ibu Hospital in Denpasar then was referred to Sanglah Hospital. Because the isolation room at Sanglah Hospital was full, the patient was finally sent to the Tabanan General Hospital Board. The Ministry of Health appointed 3 regional referral hospitals for handling coronavirus cases, namely Sanglah, Tabanan and Gianyar Hospitals.

“Patient was sent at 11 pm, and immediately treated in the isolation room of the Tabanan General Hospital”, explained Head of the Tabanan District Health Office Dr. Nyoman Suratmika who was confirmed on Monday (1/27/2020). He reiterated, the patient still suspected Corona but the safety of other patients, paramedics and employees took precedence.

Her office has carried out procedures and evaluations according to the stages coordinated by the Bali Provincial Health Office. In the short term, the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the Corona case is claimed to be sufficient.
