Drunk American Was Charged by The Criminal Code – Claiming to be drunk, American citizen Erick Kai hits the Project Guard.

Denpasar – American citizen Erick Kai Koester (28) was placed in the prison seat of the Denpasar District Court, for committing an act of mistreatment of a project guard at Central Parkir, Kuta.

Public Prosecutor I Nyoman Triarta, SH charged the man who while in Bali lived in Ramayana Villa Jimbaran, South Kuta, Badung, this was with Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, regarding persecution.

The defendant’s actions were carried out on Saturday 17 August 2019 around 05.30 Central Indonesia Time. “When he walked to Alfamart, the defendant was still trailing behind. And when he arrived at the Alfamart front desk the defendant suddenly hit the victim once with his right hand clenched,” said the prosecutor in the Tirta courtroom.
