Chinese Man Arrested Ride a Motorcycle, Denpasar Action determined by a Chinese citizen, Dacheng Yan (44) by riding a motorcycle alone from Malaysia into Indonesia by land entering the schedule of demands in the Denpasar District Court on Tuesday (12/11/2019).

The indictment said that Dacheng Yan entered Indonesian territory without using legal documents and did not conduct immigration checks.

It was revealed that the defendant entered Indonesia heading to Pontianak, West Kalimantan from Sabah, Malaysia by road using a motorcycle around August 2019. This was done by the defendant to avoid inspection by immigration officers.

“Upon arrival in Pontianak, the suspect boarded a ship bound for Surabaya, East Java and continued his journey to Denpasar,” the prosecutor said.

The defendant had spent several days in Denpasar. But on Saturday, September 14th, 2019, the defendant entered the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Denpasar.

The owner of the RRT / China number 130404197410012716 entered the consulate by jumping on the wall. So it was secured by security officers and submitted by the consulate to the Class I Immigration Office TPI Denpasar.
