The Beach Club consists of 2 floors complete with swimming pool facilities and a restaurant. In addition, this Beach Club also has a balcony that protrudes somewhat from the main building. But the construction is allegedly violating the commensurate beaches.

Confirmed separately, Head of the Licensing Office of the Tabanan Investment and Licensing Services Office of the One Door (DPMPPTSP) Tabanan I Made Sumerta Yasa revealed that if there was only submission of spatial information and there was no permit related to the construction of the Beach Club. “There is only the submission of spatial information,” he said on Tuesday (12/11/2019).

According to him, DPMPPTSP Tabanan will only process permits based on application for admission. So if there is a suspicion of violating the beach commensurate, they cannot be sure. “But if you have applied for a permit, then when the survey was conducted there was a violation of the permit, for sure it would not be issued,” he added.

But the head of the civil service police unit Tabanan, I Wayan Sarba did not answer the phone when he was about to be confirmed about it.
