Bali deports Miss Ukraine & depressive Danish national

Bali deports Miss Ukraine 2019  for overstay on Sunday July 25  2021 after she was tricked by her visa agent. The Ukraine national o Stella Lozanova violated Article 78 Paragraph of Law Number: 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration relating to a Stay Permit whose validity period has expired and is still in the Indonesian Territory for more than 60 days from the time limit of the Stay Permit says Kakanwil The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Bali, Jamaruli Manihuruk on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in a statement. according Jamaruli it was known that the person concerned entered Indonesia on February 26, 2020 using a visitors  visa. Stella Lozanova was also tricked by a  visa agent she trusted  to arrange the extension of her stay in Bali.

Stella left Jakarta on Sunday, July 25, 2021 with Turkish Airlines flights TK-057 and TK-465 at 21.00 H to her home country Ukraine. Jamaruli also highlighted that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Immigration Office will continue to supervise foreigners who are still in the Bali Province and will not hesitate to impose sanctions on foreigners who commit crimes or violations. We will take firm action against all foreigners in Bali who are proven to have violated the administration or other rules,  he said.

   Depressed Danish citizen deported

The Danish national Nicklas Pihl Madsen ( 31 ) was handled over to the  Immigration seriviced to be deported after his residence permit which has expired and is still in the Indonesian Territory for more than 60 (sixty) days from the time limit of the stay permit. Niklas was  depressed after he lost his passport what created some disturbance in  the Sanur community and was treated at the Bangli Mental Hospital during June 16/ 23 th 2021. According  Manihuruk,  Niklas has been  deported on Tuesday (27/07/2021) on Qatar Airways flight to Copenhagen.
