AirAsia Indonesia temporarily stops all flight starting April 1, 2020.

Considering the risk situation of the COVID-19 outbreak in the country and to support the efforts of the government of the Republic of Indonesia in overcoming its spread so AirAsia Indonesia temporarily stops or suspend all flights (flight code QZ) starting April 1, 2020.

They suspend Domestic flights until April 21, 2020 and international routes until May 17, 2020.

AirAsia Indonesia will continue to monitor the development of the situation and will take the anticipatory steps necessary to restart flight services later when the situation starts to improve.

This was obtained from a written statement from AirAsia Indonesia received by tribunbali.com, Saturday (3/28/2020) afternoon.

The written statement states that the affected passengers will receive a notification via email and SMS that are registered when purchasing tickets.

AirAsia offers flexibility of choice including the opportunity to ‘Change Schedule’ indefinitely and without additional fees, or ‘Credit Account’ in the form of a purchase balance that can be used for the next ticket purchase within 365 days.
